Delivery & Shipping
We ship fresh truffles from Bulgaria to EU addresses using tracked express couriers and insulated packaging.
Where we deliver
We deliver to the EU member states listed at checkout. Enter your address at checkout to confirm we can ship to you. We do not currently ship to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway or outside Europe — perishable food cannot reliably travel those routes in 24–48 hours.
Dispatch days
To protect freshness we select and dispatch Monday to Wednesday. Typical transit is 24–48 hours depending on destination.
Packaging
Orders leave in insulated, temperature-controlled packaging with rice or absorbent paper to manage humidity — the method professional kitchens use.
Shipping costs
You pay for the truffles at checkout. Shipping is then confirmed by email from destination and weight. We do not dispatch until you have accepted that cost. There is no automatic free-shipping threshold.
Tracking and risk
When the parcel is handed to the courier we email a tracking link to the address used at checkout. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you gave.
