How fresh are the truffles when they arrive?
Most truffles reach you within 24–48 hours of being harvested or selected, shipped in temperature-controlled packaging to preserve their aroma.
Do you ship outside Europe?
Not currently — truffles are highly perishable, so we focus exclusively on European destinations where we can guarantee 24–48 hour delivery.
How long will my truffle last?
Stored correctly (see our Truffles Guide), a fresh truffle will keep its best aroma for 5–7 days in the refrigerator.
Can I order truffles for a specific event date?
Yes — contact us in advance and we'll coordinate dispatch so your truffles arrive at peak freshness for your event.
Do you offer wholesale pricing for restaurants?
We do. Get in touch via our Contact page with your business details and typical volume, and our team will follow up with wholesale pricing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe’s hosted checkout. The methods offered to you are listed on the Stripe payment page.
How is shipping charged?
You pay for the truffles at checkout. We then confirm the shipping cost by email from destination and weight, and only dispatch once you have accepted it.
